4 Banale of cement, 6 banale of sand and 12 banale of jelly together forms the concrete for flooring
 Sand is carried for loading into mixer
 Sand and jelly is the que for loading into mixer
 mestry counting the banales to maintain the required ratio
 for footing the larger size of jelly 30mm size is used
Cement bags are opened and pored out on the sheet to load into mixer. Each bag of 25 kg means 4 Banales
 Original bars are received in U format for ease of transport on trucks
 At site each such bar is unbent by 4 people
 The bar is rotated so that it can be straightened
 Then the bent portion is pressed down
The bent portion is further pressed
