This option uses 3 types of unique stones. In the ground floor garage area it uses Terracotta clay hollow brick manufactured by Wiener Berger an Austrian company at Kunigal near Bangalore. Concrete absorbs heat and radiates in the night time. This clay brick creates insulation and thus blocks heat absorption and consequently radiation in the night.
Ground floor front and 2nd floor front it uses Laterrite stone cladding.
Third floor level polished wire cut bricks are used.
All the 3 variants do not require plastering nor painting at a later date. It retains its natural color for several years as long as building lasts.
