 All the interconnecting beams which would come below the floor level are ready  The basement is now ready for filling soil and concreting of thr floor  The basement walls are almost done. next is water proofing. Staircase concrete steps are ready with landing place in between before reaching the floor

 Sanitary pipes in our locality is running 15 feet below the road and we had to use JCB to dig to this depth  5" hole punctured on the main sanitary line and line connected from our house  Pipe line to provide gravitational flow of all waste water from the house  Joint is firmly concreted to avoid any leak Water pipe line also laid along with the sanitary line so that once more road cutting is avoided

3D view Option 4 This option is with space for sitting space of 18" on the window at the landing space at each level. The cladding is made from Laterite stone. On the south side Wiener Berger hollow blocks.
